What a great little local cafe. I popped in for lunch. The gal making sandwiches was super cautious and verified that I had an allergy. My sandwich was tasty.

Staff very knowledgeable about gluten free options and friendly. Gluten free bread available and some gluten free baked goods. Great coffee and delicious sandwich offerings. Not sure if soups are gluten free. Overall great choice for gluten free dining.

My wife and I had sandwiches on gluten free bread for lunch with a side of loaded potato salad. Food was great and we had no issues

GF buns and chips. fresh ingredients. served wine and beer too, always a plus! staff didn't seem all that knowledgeable

The Local has a great atmosphere, delicious coffee, and now offers gluten-free buns! I am Celiac and have not had any issues after eating here, though it is not strictly gluten free facility.
