My parents stayed here and we were asking about gluten free options at the hotel restaurants. The hostess brought out one of the chefs who went through every item on the menu and whether it was naturally gluten free or whether a modification could make it gluten free. The chef said they created their menu so that one ingredient could be taken out or replaced to satisfy any of the major allergens. The chef also asked for our name and said that when he saw our ticket in the back he would ensure all kitchen staff changed cutting boards, utensils, and pots and pans and anyone coming in contact with my food put on gloves so that there was no contamination. I really appreciated the staff's knowledge and understanding of the gluten free and celiac diet.
