My son and I went to The Lodge Tavern & Tap for dinner on a Saturday, and we knew it would be good because the wait to be seated was about an hour. Once we were seated, we were promptly greeted by our server. The menu has items clearly marked as gluten free.
My son ordered chicken tenders and fries (not gluten free). I ordered the bison burger with lettuce instead of a bun, even though they offered a GF bun for an extra 50 cents.
I also had the Mexican Caesar as my side. I asked them to bring out the salad first, and it was very fresh and delicious. It included romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, and corn tortilla strips for extra texture. The Mexican Caesar dressing was thick, flavorful, and spicy. I used a small amount because I can handle only so much spice. Once my son's tenders arrived, I used his ranch to cool down the spice.
The burger was hot and juicy, and I had it with cheddar, tomato, onion, pickles, and mayo.
We discussed GF dessert options, and they have ice cream and banana pudding. The waitress and manager were very careful about my dessert choices, and they showed me the pudding mix ingredients list. They also make the pudding to order with bananas, vanilla wafers, and whipped cream. They excluded the wafers, and it was such a creamy, delicious treat.
The manager and staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. I will definitely return, and I encourage you to give it a try.

I eat at The Lodge quite often and I’ve never been glutened. It is NOT a gluten free facility, but they have dedicated fryers for tortilla chips, so the nachos are safe, and for wings, and the wings are great! (I order bare and crispy with sauces on the side). The menu indicates gluten free items, and the manager has a family member with celiac, so they train their staff reasonably well. I still ask all the questions and flag my order as gluten free. They have a gluten free bun, so burgers are safe, other items too.

They had a gf bum for any sandwich option. I got the lobster roll on a gf bun and I had no reaction. They do not have any gf crusts sadly.
Took 20 mins to grab a seat when the restaurant was not busy at all

Do not get there fries or chips, they are gluten free but can’t say it won’t be cross contaminated or not
Probably the best GF bun for a burger I have had, ok variety of stuff

Their GF burger is the best burger I've ever had. I had no problems afterwards, either.
