I was very excited to find that both our server and the kitchen were knowledgeable about gluten-free and cross-contamination. Our server pointed out the menu items that I could eat and made sure to inform the kitchen that I had celiac. They only fry their fries in their fryer, and they also have a gluten-free flatbread option om the menu. The food was great and our attentive server put me at ease. I even had a delicious gluten-free pot-de-creme for dessert!
