Review of The Lone Buffalo

Loved this restaurant! Stopped in the town on a road trip and had a wonderful experience. my dad and I are both Celiac, so eating while traveling can be interesting. When I called The Lone Buffalo, they were knowledgeable about gluten and cross-contamination; when we got there, our server had Celiac, too! While there is not a separate gluten free menu, there are many options on the menu that are safe/modifiable. I had a flatbread that I added chicken too, which was delicious; the server informed me of all the steps taken to ensure no cross contamination had occurred, which was very reassuring. My dad had a steak and kale salad, which was also delicious. Also, our server knew to read labels on alcohol, so o was able to enjoy one of their signature cocktails with a little modification (one of the best old fashioneds I've had in awhile).

Additionally, the atmosphere is great and the service friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend The Lone Buffalo
