Review of The Lone Buffalo

Our experience on 9/3/17 does not match the previous reviews at all. 1) our server knew nothing of celiac or cross contamination. She mostly had a blank stare when we asked questions. 2) our wait was long and we weren't even there at prime lunch or dinner time. 3) server got the manager who informed us the fryer is NOT 100% gluten free and there was not a firmly established method for preventing cross contamination. 4) the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 is because the manager bent over backwards to serve us and personally made sure kitchen area was safe. She told us she was new and hoped to establish a firm gfree menu and safe methods. She was very nice. ... overall restaurant is nice atmosphere but menu is small and bc our service was slow and we had gfree questions, we were there for one full hour before we got our food.
