Nice pizza/burger place off Roosevelt in a nice area. GF marked only for one pizza crust but staff know what’s up and happy to make modifications. GF bun (very good), GF cauliflower pizza crust (terrific), salads, salmon (filet or sandwich, heads up for bones). Fryer sees gluten items, but if you’ve got time (30min), they’ll bake fries. Lots of booths here. GF shakes (they checked for us). High ceilings. Place holds a lot of people, can be loud at peak. Stop at the really cool old school used/new bookstore if it’s open after your meal, a stone’s throw.

While their Google page doesn’t specifically point to all their Gluten free options, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of options. They don’t list the gluten free buns on their menu but when I asked about it they did confirm that they are available. No gluten free wraps unfortunately, but the gluten free crust for pizza is Cauliflower crust for a small up-charge. I forgot to ask about a dedicated frier, but I’m sure they’d be happy to answer those questions. The servers and cook staff are very friendly and although I’m not full celiac I could see it being a safe place to have a decent meal.
