Tried to go here, called and they no longer fry things Gluten free. We were very disappointed

They did great about answering all of our questions. We have a dairy allergy as well so that was a little concerning for us for a few items but as far as gluten free goes, they were amazing! Everything uses cornmeal. Only gluten item they fry is beignets but they fry those in their own oil so dedicated fryer! Everything was so delicious. Definitely a great stop in Canyon City!

This place is a MUST! Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS! This was like heaven on earth for this Celiac girl from KC. I ordered the fried catfish and shrimp with fries. My husband and I shared the red beans and rice and that Cajun sauce OMG! They do have a dedicated fryer so no worries and were very knowledgeable and careful to avoid cc. I am very sensitive and have had no issues.

Dedicated fryer- the base fry is cornmeal so most of menu is gluten free. Gluten free fried catfish, pickles, fries, gator and jambalaya. Everything was tasty.

Second time I’ve been here and the food was fantastic! The staff are friendly and the manager came to the table to see if we had any questions about the gluten free menu. Looking forward to next time!

The fried shrimp and fried okra are delicious. I am gluten intolerant.

They have offered me a separate gluten free menu! It also listed what may have cross contamination. I got the fried pickles, and the fish and shrimp platter. SO GOOD, and didn’t get sick at all.
