Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I ate the avocado, toast, and pumpkin pie pop tart. They were both amazing and of course gluten-free.

Great place, beautiful location, nice environment. I had the Baja Burrito and hot Turmeric Latte. Both were GF, well prepared, and tasty. I bought some sweets for later…donuts, cookies, and protein balls. All were very good.

They have a nice menu, very healthy options, coffee drinks, smoothies, etc. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Was visiting for a trip to cedar point and was so grateful to have a fully GF place to go to for breakfast. Had a delicious wrap and was surprised with an amazing strawberry donut and some other donut options. My partner also had a smoothie that was so good. 5 stars!

Everything is GF! We tried smoothies and they were delicious. *Beware* the address on FMGF is wrong! The address is 216 E Water St, Sandusky, OH 44870. It took us a few minutes to find it.

This place is a hidden gem in the city. Everything is gluten free and the staff is pretty knowledgeable. The food is really good and well worth it.

This is my favorite place! The entire place is gluten-free and dairy free. It has smoothies, avocado toast, salads, and smoothie bowls. Often times they carry gluten-free donuts or energy balls too. It’s a great place for breakfast or lunch or even a snack!

So cute! Staff is so knowledgeable and owner has celiac herself! No chance of CC! Coffee was delish and they just came out wjth a burrito! They have some things that aren’t on their menu that they are trying! Loved it in here.
