The Magic Blend

I was looking for something healthy in the Springfield area and this was the juice bar I found that was open past 4:30 and looked good. They do use wheat wraps and bulgar in some of their salads, but they are knowledgeable about celiac and made me a salad without it touching anything that wheat had touched. I really enjoyed the salad they made me. It had a simple house made dressing. There are gluten free wraps for the sandwiches and there is a huge menu of smoothies. I will definitely be back! They were so friendly and they know about celiac.
