The Maia Papaya

They have gf buns and wraps but when I let them know I have Celiac and asked about cross contact they said everything cooked would be contaminated with gluten. Gf baked goods are kept in the same case as gluten items. The only safe item was a chia seed pudding cup which used gf oat milk!

We found this place by chance while driving through the area. It’s clearly a local spot as the counter staff knew many of the customers by name. The veggie burger is both vegan and gluten free and delicious!! The salads also looked good and all wraps could be done on greens instead of the wheat tortilla. There were several dessert options as well. Everything is clearly marked. Gem!!

They were very accommodating and provided a separate cooking surface for my food. It was delicious and there were many options!
