When asked for gluten free options, cashier said she guessed fajita bowl would be my only option. When I asked her for certainty, she asked me what I thought might have gluten in it- I had to explain anything could based on recipe and preparation. I asked her if she could verify with kitchen. She came back saying rice was, “wheat rice”, which confused both of us,but maybe I could just leave that off. She apologized and we agreed they couldn’t state anything on menu was gluten free. She said before Covid they did have options but pared down their menu after. My party decided it was best if we went to another restaurant that was aware of and could state allergens in their menu items.
