We ate for the first time here last night after hearing from friends that they were gluten free friendly. I called before we came and the manager was very knowledgeable aboutabout gluten allergy and Celiac and the precautions they would have to make. There’s no dedicated fryer or buns so I had a burger with lettuce, tomato and mayo and a baked potato on the side. The burger was cooked in a clean pan separate from the other burgers. The other GF side options are the mashed potatoes, green beans and cole slaw. They also offered me the salmon without the bourbon sauce so I’ll try that next time. Everyone was super nice and very accommodating and made me feel very safe. My Nima sensor came up all smiles! We’ll definitely go back!
