We eat here often. They take amazing care of us. They have a note on my account so every time I make a reservation, they know I’m gluten free. They even have gf bread dippers for the cheese as well as gf dessert dippers for chocolate. Many options for sensitive belly’s. Highly recommend!! Make sure to plan ahead & make a reservation as they get very busy. Also it is a long dinner so give yourself a couple hours to get through all your courses. Bring your appetite

Melting Pot was safe place for my family member with celiac disease. He’s able to have his own oil, own food, and they’re even able to tell him which sauces contain dairy (intolerance) as well. Only word of caution is from time to time, servers will lower a potato into the water to check the temperature of the oil, and more often than not when scooping up the potato they use their bare fingers to balance it on the spoon first. Just ask them not to touch the food when they check the oil temperature.
They took all necessary precautions and we have been able to eat there safely at least 3x over the last year.

Great experience! They were able to provide the complete 4 course meal gluten free. Gluten free bread (delicious) and dessert accompaniments including gluten free cookies and brownies. Would definitely recommend.

Went for my anniversary and it was wonderful! We had the California salad, Wisconsin Cheddar cheese fondue, and the Bananas Foster chocolate fondue. They really understand Celiac and all was done well, except that the waiter brought out a plate of non-gluten free dippers with dessert. I figured it out before we ate it though because there were just too many options there for it to be GF. The cheese fondue was made with Red Bridge beer and the dippers that came with it included a brownish GF bread (as opposed to the gluten filled white), apples, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and grape tomatoes. The chocolate fondue dippers had a gluten free angel food cake, marshmallows, bananas, strawberries, and pineapple.

I was concerned that my son and I would not have many options but my daughter wanted to go to the melting pot for her birthday. Wow was I wrong. They were so accommodating!!! We had 2 pots, one regular and one gluten free. They had gluten free bread and brownies. Staff was knowledgable about what items were gluten free. We had a great time and everyone still feels great.
Great and knowledgeable staff. Manager came out to speak with me. I got my own pot, since my nd and his parents are not gluten free. best part as usual is the cheese and chocolate fondue. I was so excited to learn they offered gluten free bread and brownies. it was such a great experience.

Never on my radar, BUT I read an article by Gluten Free Dad about how it is Gluten free safe spot certified by an independent company. We were surprised at how well versed the employees were the variety offered. So far no one has gotten sick. Everything is brought/made in front of you by you and everything was labeled on the menu. The dessert was the best! GF brownie and cookie that weren’t hard as a rock. I doubled checked with the waitress every time and she wasn’t annoyed by my questions!

The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Almost all of the cheeses could be made gluten-free, they had gluten-free bread to dip in the cheese, and gluten-free brownies and snickerdoodles to dip in the chocolate. Amazing experience and didn’t get sick!

Menu has labels for GF options. When I’m able to have an appetizer, main course AND dessert at dinner I appreciate it. They have GF bread for cheese dip appetizers. And GF brownies for chocolate dip dessert and (for a small up charge) macarons! Don’t sleep on The Melting Pot!

Wonderful gluten free experience. Very knowledgeable staff and the food was delicious. There’s really barely any difference between the gluten and non gluten platters.

Our waiter seem very well informed. He reviewed the menu with me to ensure that I knew what could be offered gluten-free as food came out to the table. They confirmed what was gluten-free. We had our own pot to cook in separate to the people that we were with, I would definitely eat here again
