The food was fine, the restaurant is dated but fine. My main issue is that the server wasn’t even remotely trained on gluten free practices. I barely ate anything - didn’t feel very comfortable at all. Two main issues:
1.) the server offered to bring out gluten items with the gluten free items and didn’t realize at all that it would be an issue to put them in the same pot and then kept accidentally bringing gluten + gluten free items.
2.) he also brought out the wrong dessert and dusted graham crackers all over the table, my plate and everything else before I could stop him so I wasn’t able to eat dessert.
It’s only been about 20 mins and I’m not feeling great.

This was my first time at The Melting Pot. Their four course meal includes a cheese fondue starter, a salad, a meat and vegetable course with various sauces, and a chocolate fondue course. My wife and I went for lunch, and we had the full meal, along with a flight of ones that coincided with the courses (I suggest splitting with a friend, or you may not remember much, by the time you get to dessert!).

Left very full & happy! GF Bread to dip in the spinach & artichoke dip, tons of options, and they brought out GF brownies to dip in our chocolate fondue! As long as everyone at your table abides to the GF options I would say this is Celiac safe.

Awesome! Very helpful staff.
Never on my radar, BUT I read an article by Gluten Free Dad about how it is Gluten free safe spot certified by an independent company. We were surprised at how well versed the employees were the variety offered. So far no one has gotten sick. Everything is brought/made in front of you by you and everything was labeled on the menu. The dessert was the best! GF brownie and cookie that weren’t hard as a rock. I doubled checked with the waitress every time and she wasn’t annoyed by my questions!

The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Almost all of the cheeses could be made gluten-free, they had gluten-free bread to dip in the cheese, and gluten-free brownies and snickerdoodles to dip in the chocolate. Amazing experience and didn’t get sick!

Menu has labels for GF options. When I’m able to have an appetizer, main course AND dessert at dinner I appreciate it. They have GF bread for cheese dip appetizers. And GF brownies for chocolate dip dessert and (for a small up charge) macarons! Don’t sleep on The Melting Pot!

Wonderful gluten free experience. Very knowledgeable staff and the food was delicious. There’s really barely any difference between the gluten and non gluten platters.

Our waiter seem very well informed. He reviewed the menu with me to ensure that I knew what could be offered gluten-free as food came out to the table. They confirmed what was gluten-free. We had our own pot to cook in separate to the people that we were with, I would definitely eat here again
