Another great experience! Each time we eat here, we are so impressed by the staff’s knowledge of celiac disease. The menu is marked, so it’s clear which items are gluten free/can be modified to be gluten free. The staff is trained to wash hands, switch gloves, sanitize work stations, etc. We always include our need for gluten free due to celiac when we make our reservation and our server is always prepared. One of our favorite places!
