Staff is exceptional with special training for both gluten and dairy/vegan options including avoiding cross contamination. Excellent.
Yum! I’m so happy with my experience! Gabriel was our server and he was very informative and protective of us.

Our server was very knowledgeable and made sure everything at the table was gluten free for our anniversary dinner. My husband had to eat gluten free but the only thing he missed wad the teriyaki sirloin. They knew that nothing containing gluten could go in the pot with my food. They also had a gluten free dessert plate for the both of us. It includes brownies, pound cake, marshmallows, strawberry, banana and pineapple. Great experience!

The staff was fantastically knowledgeable and conscientious. They used gluten free beer for the base of our cheese dip. Chocolate fondue included cupcakes and brownies that were very tasty. Previous reviews of not GF friendly are several years old. Our experience was out of this world!

The kitchen manager took care of our service at the Framingham location. We were assured all pots and utensils were washed and sterile to ensure no cross contact issue. The ingredients were all GF with Udis bread for the cheese fondue. The restaurant has a certificate stating they are trained for gluten free safety. Overall a very good experience.

Food was terrific with lots of gluten free options. I'm not celiac so I don't know about that protocol.
My initial review was good and then the meal continued. So here is the thing, I don't think the staff truly understands what Celiac is and what needing to be completely gluten free is. When they brought dessert they brought my daughter gluten free and then brought me and my mom a plate of gluten containing food. Great, what happens when I did it in the fondue pot? They also brought sauce that contained gluten, while we can separate it from my daughter they should never take a chance. My husband asked for no crutons on his salad (i.e. GF and guess what it had crutons) I am not sure that I would bring my daughter back here and take the risk. Live and learn!

Not impressed
Never on my radar, BUT I read an article by Gluten Free Dad about how it is Gluten free safe spot certified by an independent company. We were surprised at how well versed the employees were the variety offered. So far no one has gotten sick. Everything is brought/made in front of you by you and everything was labeled on the menu. The dessert was the best! GF brownie and cookie that weren’t hard as a rock. I doubled checked with the waitress every time and she wasn’t annoyed by my questions!

The waiter was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. Almost all of the cheeses could be made gluten-free, they had gluten-free bread to dip in the cheese, and gluten-free brownies and snickerdoodles to dip in the chocolate. Amazing experience and didn’t get sick!

Menu has labels for GF options. When I’m able to have an appetizer, main course AND dessert at dinner I appreciate it. They have GF bread for cheese dip appetizers. And GF brownies for chocolate dip dessert and (for a small up charge) macarons! Don’t sleep on The Melting Pot!

Wonderful gluten free experience. Very knowledgeable staff and the food was delicious. There’s really barely any difference between the gluten and non gluten platters.

Our waiter seem very well informed. He reviewed the menu with me to ensure that I knew what could be offered gluten-free as food came out to the table. They confirmed what was gluten-free. We had our own pot to cook in separate to the people that we were with, I would definitely eat here again
