Went for lunch because of the other reviews, however they did not have a menu or GF options. Not sure where the other people got their GF menu but 2 separate employees didn’t know about any GF menu or options

Delicious Prime Rib, Burrata and Roasted Tomato, not gluten free dedicated, but take gluten free very seriously, extremely careful

I asked about a dedicated space for cooking. Although they don’t have it, the chef came out and answered all my concerns about the food prep. Had a nice steak with broccoli and no symptoms afterwards. Would come back during another poker session at the Borgota.
