The Mighty Colorado Burger

I stopped in to order takeout Dec. 2023 and was informed that they still have gluten free buns but they no longer have a gluten free fryer. He also seemed dubious of being able to avoid cross contamination. I don’t think it’s celiac safe/aware anymore.

Just tried to go here and they do not have gluten free buns. Don’t go expecting one.

Really great burger. It comes with a side of fries but the guy said that they are getting to big to have a dedicated frier so I got a salad on the side instead. Overall good meal

The guy who took our order had no idea they served gluten free food. The manager then confirmed they had gluten free buns and a separate fryer. I felt excited about all the options, however 30 minutes later and I got extremely sick. I won’t be returning

This burger joint is located inside Upslope Brewing. Dedicated fryer and burgers and fries are amazing! They are very careful about cross contamination. Love that I can have a seltzer while I wait!
