As of Jan 19 2024, they just announced the dough is NO longer gluten free. The Mochi dough is gluten free. Most of the flavours are all gluten free; there is one donut that has Oreo cookies and it's not gluten free but the owner clearly said that they have them on a separate tray to avoid cross contamination. Great donuts.
