I was so optimistic — staff seemed to know what they were talking about and what they were doing. Alas, while the fries from the dedicated fryer tested negative for gluten in my Nima sensor, my salad tested positive (even though I was given just oil as a dressing, as a precaution).

The staff is very knowledgeable about Gluten and they have a dedicated fryer. Not the most gluten free options but at least I feel very safe eating here. Have been 3 times and never felt sick after.
