We went for lunch. They do have gluten free options. Gluten free buns that can be used for their sandwiches and burgers. They have crème brûlée and ice cream with toppings. HOWEVER, the servers weren’t very confident/knowledgeable in what contained wheat. My server checked on a few things for me but the server who brought out the food told me all the food was gf but then I questioned my son’s bread on his sandwich she said she “thought” it was gf. I told her she needed to make sure and it turned out to be wheat bread. Had I not caught the kitchen and her mistake, my son would have ended up in the hospital (wheat allergy).

Came to washington on a limb and asked if there were any gluten free options. the chef immediately came out to talk to me and ran over the menu. most of which can be made gluten free, and with zero cross contamination. I had the Chicken thigh skewers and patatas bravas, which was modified as the frier wasn’t gluten free. they took amazing care of me and the food was fantastic. huge plus for a bar, cafe, restaurant, and rooftop all in one place! such a good vibe
we did the hour drive there again the next morning because i was craving their lattes. seriously the best coffee i’ve ever had (i hate coffee) with lavender syrup!!
