We recently had dinner at the New Woodshed and can’t say enough good things about the food or service. My daughter with celiac disease was able to have warm GF rolls and butter(!), prime rib with green beans and rice, and even enjoyed a chocolate torte. There were so many GF options on the menu, and the owner was so kind in explaining the extensive training that the staff have taken to make sure food allergies/needs are taken seriously here. The restaurant/setting is rustic and beautiful, and we can’t wait to come back for another meal!

This was only my 2nd time eating out after being dx-ed with celiac, but they were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I called ahead, my waiter was very understanding and helpful, and my food (as it always was before I had celiac) was excellent. They also had delicious homemade gluten free bread! I can’t be fully sure of their safety of cross contamination but I felt safe this time and had no issues. I will definitely ask more information about their kitchen next time I go.
