Served my explicitely requested Gluten Free food with seitan. When I called they were absolutely unhelpfull and had an attitude.

I loved loved loved my visit to the noodle. I ordered their cumin stir fry noodles with chicken and it was scrumptious.
Eating gluten quite literally sends me to the hospital with anaphylaxis, and there was none to be found so I can pretty much certified. There was no cross-contamination. I loved every morsel of my meal. As to the diner, who was confused by the seitan offering, it’s just that: an option. If you opt for seitan instead of gluten-free proteins that’s really on you, not sure what else to say.
I will note that if you order on certain websites, there isn’t an option to leave allergy instructions, but again for gluten-free diners, none of their sauces, contain wheat, gluten or soy sauce, so as long as you opt for a gluten free noodle option I think you’re going to be in good shape.
Since it’s exceedingly rare for me to find gluten-free food that’s Chinese, I was truly over the moon here. 10 out of 10.

I ordered the Rustic Herbal Veggie Soup with rice noodles as a takeout. The order came with seitan on top, which was almost certainly not gluten-free. I had trouble communicating with the person picking up the phone, and ended up disappointed.
