The Nook Breakfast Spot

I stopped by here yesterday and asked the fellow behind the counter if there were any gluten-free options. He flat out said no. I worked with him a little bit and we agreed that the eggs were gluten-free, and probably some other things too. I came back today, and waitress was much more helpful. She explained which items could be made gluten free, and I had a nice omelette with corn tortillas and tomato slices. It was delicious, and I had no ill after-effects.
