The Nordic is a grand experience, with a LOT to offer. While there was not a dedicated gf menu or section, there was so much from which to choose, it wasn't an issue. I mean, we certainly weren't there for bread and cake! Lobster, clams, oysters, prime rib, fresh fruits, ice cream... so much great stuff to eat that doesn't contain gluten. I can't speak to the safety, as I'm not a celiac and didn't ask about specific things that MAY have contained trace amounts, but the general selection was wonderful. Just being able to eat MOST of a buffet was refreshing!

Review
They are very careful about cross contamination. Very knowledgeable about celiac disease. It is a buffet. I told my waitress I have celiac disease and she sent a manager to my table. He brought me out a full gluten free menu of everything safe for me. He also brought me fresh food from the kitchen that hasn’t been on the buffet line.
