As the reviews say - great little hidden gem. Celiac daughter has the brisket and all sauces were gf. Kitchen staff did a great job of making hers first with clean hands. She also loved the homemade applesauce.

Holy smokes can i just say amazing. They prepared my food last and wiped everything down and changed gloves. They do have a GF menu. The bun on my pulled pork was so good actual consistency of real bread. Not dry at all.

Sometimes celiac is the key to discovering hidden gems Thanks to the reviews of this BBQ joint on this app, we had an amazing lunch. We had the ribs which were so yummy. And the staff specifically asked if it was celiac so they could take proper precautions Thumbs up from the whole family

I ordered the brisket plate with potato salad and street corn salad. ALMOST everything on the menu is gluten free. They have a special gluten free menu at the register. They asked if I was celiac and took extra precautions to make sure that my plate didn't have bread. My meal was delivered first to be sure it wasn't mixed up. I felt like they went out of their way to ensure both my comfort and safety. I would HIGHLY recommend the Notorious P.I.G. BBQ and will definitely go back.

The staff was all very knowledgeable about the gluten free options. They had multiple gluten free options and when you ordered let people preparing the order know. Although it is a shared kitchen. There were many options and all the sauces were gluten free. Food was amazing! I would definitely recommend.

We got brisket, pulled pork, beans, potato salad, and coleslaw all GF. Sauces were GF too. They sell out early, so not a great option for a later in the evening meal.

Gluten free menu!!! Very knowledgeable and willing to work with my celiac disease. Ask for GF baked beans. They make a separate batch. Delicious!! All sauces GF!!
