I ended up getting a chicken Cesar salad without croutons because I was worried about cross contamination. When I asked about their gluten free options they gave me a vague answer that anything without bread was gluten free, but they weren’t promising anything. The sushi could’ve been gluten free, but I didn’t trust it. Also, there was no gluten free menu and no gluten free options labeled. If you’re gluten sensitive this would be better for you.

So long time customer of the oar, in 2021 they definitely upped their game. Sushi was available GF, GF SOY, and everything tasted amazing! Must have a new chef!

Very very very very very limited selection unless you like sushi.
The sushi & salads are GF but none of the hot food. I asked when I arrived & was told grilled or blackened fish was GF but it is prepared on a shared cooktop, no good for a Celiac like me. I left hungry & disappointed after waiting 2hrs!
Just ask for packets of gluten free soy sauce , the sushi is really good and made in a separate kitchen from the hot food. All of the salad dressings are gluten free and the homemade black bean burger is too if you get it without the bun.
