No gluten free menu and very few options. I tried the grilled chicken salad and after a few bites I could tell it was contaminated. I would not recommend this restaurant for celiacs or those who have a moderate sensitivity to gluten.

The Autumn salad was amazing with added grilled chicken and poppyseed dressing!! Best grilled chicken salad I ever ate hands down. My meal was gluten free. It did come with a muffin on the plate which is total contamination. The waiter was new so he wasn’t knowledgeable. I wish the manager would have visited the table upon hearing of the disease(Celiac). I would visit again and recommend to others.

They do not have a GF menu. I asked for one and was told by the manager that they tried to accommodate guest eating GF but they did not serve any breads Gluten free. I ordered a salad with instructions that it needed to be GF. Picked a dressing that they claimed was GF. When the salad arrived it had croutons all over. Everyone was very nice but my confidence level is 0

Not a ton of options, but the crab cakes are gluten free, the food was delicious, and I didn't get sick!

Fourth Street is one of my favorite options for a night out in Winston-Salem. The outdoor seething area is really well done and the food is solid. The gluten free menu has quite a few different options and their shrimp and grits is the absolute best I have ever had. Go try it out for the shrimp and grits if nothing else! The inside area is underwhelming and noisy but everything else there is a pleasant experience.
