We experienced our first fish fry which was fantastic. We had the boiled white fish, boiled new potatoes, cole slaw ( Bread not GF which I didn’t eat) and cherry pie ( I didn’t,t eat the crust and picked out the cherries. We would return for the experience and for the quality food.

Went for the fish boil Told the server I needed no bread on mine Everyone at the tables order came out with bread. Server took the bread off and served it back to me. Did not offer cherry sorbet like someone else suggested on here. Inattentive service. Did not eat what I was served. Not willing to serve another without bread. Celiac go with caution.

Went for breakfast, were able to accommodate with the egg dishes and gf toast. Had an egg scramble (said was made in a fry pan), but kitchen was unable to do a side of hash browns. At least they knew enough to discuss cross contamination!

If I could give 20 stars I would! I have celiacs disease. This restaurant was extremely knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I was accommodated! Even offering cherry sorbet in place of cherry pie for dessert! Our server Deanna was probably one of the best servers I’ve had in a restaurant! This is a great tradition fish boil! The old post office is one of our favorite places to eat when we come to Door County! I can not recommend them enough! You will not regret this decision!!
