OSF has all the policies and accommodations to provide a safe dining experience for those have celiac. But when I went in, about halfway through my meal I found a piece if angel hair pasta in my gf noodles. I woke up in the middle if the night doubled over in abdominal pain. I went back the next day to talk to the manager about the careless way in which my food was prepared. She was not in the least bit apologetic. I told her that I suspected my noodles were cooked in contaminated water. She's said there was no way that could have happened and went on and on about what they do to prevent cross contamination and seemed almost unwilling to admit that it was their fault. I stated that it doesn't matter how many policies are in place if the employees don't follow them, and very obviously, one of her cooks didn't follow gf prep practice and I suffered the consequences. Her final and very insincere response was, "Well, I'm sorry you got sick but we do everything we possibly can to prevent that." needless to say, I won't go back.
