Safety protocols seem to have been updated since the last review, I ate here without issue [I waited several hrs to write this review, no symptoms popped up]. Given the last review, I was nervous but it was the only option on a crowded Sunday. GF options are labeled on the menu. Waitress said separate pans and prep space are used, separate toaster. I asked the waitress to confirm protocols with the kitchen — the kitchen told her they were deep cleaning a prep space, and they put all prep and cook utensils used through the wash immediately.
The kitchen and the waitress understood cross contamination and were extremely patient with all of my concerns and questions. Advised me the meal would take longer to cook as a result of the kitchen reset, but I didnt mind, and my meal was only a few minutes behind the rest of my party. The meal itself was delicious, not greasy at all. I had the western omelette with GF toast. The sour cream, jam, and butter condiments were all served in separate containers. I would eat here again.
