The Optimist Cafe

This is my go-to spot to eat out with my family and feel like a regular person. The food is amazing, and Keith is so kind about answering ingredient questions. The GF pancakes are the best I’ve ever had! And the overall vibe of the place is so calming. Definitely check this one out - it will become your weekend fave!

Lots of Gluten free options, however, I don’t know what their cross contamination practices are. I’m not celiac but both times I’ve eaten there, I seem to have a flare of inflammation. Could be coincidence, but if you’re celiac, you might want to ask questions first.
