The Original Chicago's Pizza and Curry

This restaurant features great gluten free cauliflower crust. Versus other cauliflower crust pizza's out there, with this one you can actually taste a subtle cauliflower flavor, which to me means it's gotta be fresher. I'm not sure about cross contaminants, but the staff seems accomodating and understanding of the gluten issue. When dining on their indian food, their cashier was able to walk us through our gluten free entree options. He also offered to make us a gluten free version of their garlic naan bread. We eat here frequently ever since going gluten free! 5 stars
