Found this restaurant using the app, so thank you to the reviewers prior to our visit. We will definitely add this to our list of good places to stop when visiting Penn State!

Loved the atmosphere of this place as it reminded me of places where I grew up. Has the feel of family run non chain establishment. Everyone super friendly and great service. We had a mixed group and found both the GF offerings as well as non to be very tasty.

Celiac son really liked the pizza eaten in the restaurant as well as the chicken tenders and fries we took to go. He was happy to find tenders as an option we don’t usually see!

Thankful to establishments like this one with a dedicated menu section, knowledge and care during food prep!

Prices were very reasonable, portions generous and no after effects.

Stopped by on a road trip visiting colleges. Large gluten free menu with desserts. My daughter was able to get chicken tenders and fries. They have a separate fryer for the gluten free items. Be warned that if you have other non gluten eaters at the table their fries are cooked in a gluten fryer. Highly recommend.

OMG !!!! The gluten free menu was amazing!! A full menu of options! We ordered the chicken tenders and fries. Hot and delicious. The owner was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and proud of his gluten free items. Dessert menu was also impressive. Service was fast and friendly. Small Italian market is located inside the restaurant. We are buying gf cookies to take home for later. There are gf cinnamon rolls, cake and other items available to take out as well as packaged noodles, pizza kits and baking kits. I give this restaurant a five star, gold medal rating !! Please do yourself a favor and try it!!!

I’m always skeptical ESPECIALLY going to a pizza shop. My husband and I had the most delicious meal. The fries and chicken strips are cooked in a separate fryer and the pizza was baked in a separate oven. All food is prepared separately and they have a FULL gluten free menu, not just a few things.

The owner stopped by our table and I shared with him how it’s so hard to find (good) gf food. He said his best customers are gluten free and he really takes it seriously to insure nothing leaves the kitchen contaminated. He educated himself and passed along to his employees. He was SUPER friendly as was the entire staff. They even have a small market with gluten free baked goods and packaged items.

This restaurant is an hour from our home and it will not be the last visit. Aside from the pizza dough being a little undercooked, it was the best gluten free I’ve had in the 7 years since my celiac diagnosis. It’s the closest to regular dough I can remember.

They prepare the gluten-free food in a separate space and even have a separate oven for the pizza! Their gluten-free menu has a disclaimer that made me expect they wouldn't be going to that much effort, but I assume it's only on there for the lawyers. The waitress assured me that everything was separated and kept clean. I had the gluten-free shrimp scampi, it was delicious. (Bonus: they also have a market in the place that sells gluten free items!)

Pizza is great. Staff keeps everything separate. Multiple options. I did get sick on their breakfast. But they only recently started serving breakfast. Lunch and dinner no problems. Update Just got take out chicken tenders and fries. Everything was cooked fine. But they went to new chicken tenders....they are aweful not real meat. Processed meat. It was like eating cardboard. They were good prior not sure why they changed. Poor choice.

We stopped here while visiting the area for our son's soccer game. Great decision. There are lots of GF options. I had the Italian sub. The bread was very good!

This place was really a great find. They have a dedicated fryer and chicken tenders on menu. Gf menu with disclaimer which made us nervous but the waitress was knowledgeable and the owner has a grandchild who has a gluten issue not sure if it’s celiac or not but that’s always a good sign. Had baked spaghetti it was really good. My daughter who is celiac had the same and did not get sick. We will be in the area next week and plan on returning.

LOVEE that I have a local resturant that offers GF menu and that i feel comfortable knowing they are educated about cross contamination. The GF subs are AMAZING taste just like the regular subs. Fabulous! Great gluten free menu, dedicated gluten free fryer! Had wings, fresh cut French fries, chicken tenders... Can’t recommend enough, I’m a super sensitive celiac.

Much more than gf pizza! Staff understands & is friendly! I ALWAYS stop here when I am in the area. The owner understands & cares. The employees never make me feel like a freak. That in itself is priceless. And the food - Safe & Amazing!

We found a gluten-free island oasis in the middle of the ocean. There isn't much available to the celiac crowd between State College and Harrisburg. But instead of being the only choice, the Burnham OIP became our preferred choice because of the quality of their service and food. No longer do we feel like second class patrons - we get food that is gluten free at a reasonable price and it tastes REALLY good.I especially like their GF pizza and GF chocolate cake!

Wonderfully celiac friendly. Dedicated fryer. Extensive gf menu, including pastas and pizza. The Italian sauces are entirely homemade, hearty and spiced perfectly. With a gf grandson, the owners take special care to do gf well! We'll come back here again when we are traveling through the area.

I eat here frequently. They have one of the best GF menu's with variety, taste and value. Food allergies are all around us and more restaurants need to have as menu options as Burnham OIP.

Went here for several different meals and there is a huge variety of meals along with quite a few appetizers and desserts. Tonight I had a ravioli dish that was amazing. The noodles were the best gf noodles I have had since going gf 2 1/2 years ago. 5 star restaurant!!!! YUM!

This is one of my favorite places to eat! I have Celiac disease & have never had any issues when dinning here. The staff is educated & they have a dedicated GF kitchen area. The owner's grandsons have Celiac & this was why chose to offer GF items & dedicated GF area!
