We were there during Xmas break. Management is unwilling to maintain GF dedicated pancake griddle when it’s busy.

The gluten free pancakes were good. They had a few gluten free items and they cook it separately. A different person brings the GF food to the table so I knew it was the GF food. My son never got sick from them. I would definitely go back.

Staff was TERRIBLE. Completely lied to me and continued to screw up my order. Gave me extra food after messing my order up, and then expected us to pay for their mistakes. Menu for gluten free sucks as well, but surprisingly the food was decent so if you’re lookin for bad service and mediocre food, this is the place.

Used to be great. Once gave it 5 stars. Changed batter. AWFUL now. Thick, Granby and chewy. Miss the old place.

Amazing gluten free pancakes!

I would have given them a 5 star, but this particular location changed their gluten free pancake mix and the pancakes are chewy and gross! Not to mention, the 2 times I have had them since changing the batter, I get sick! I would not recommend this restaurant for people with high gluten intolerance or celiac disease!

They have gluten sensitive pancakes. This is not shown on their website or menu, but the server showed me several types of pancakes that can be made with this batter. They also have omelet & egg selections.

Got sick from the veggie sausages and it was completely awful. Not gluten free friendly.

The gluten-free pancakes were solid and appreciated. They have fresh blueberry syrup also which was terrific.

OK here's my honest review going to the Original Pancake House with Celiac. They have several gluten free options, which is super cool. They can make any pancake gluten free, however, I have no idea what ingredients are in their add ons for pancakes and honestly I'm not sure the wait staff fully knows either. Due to that lack of confidence, I ordered plain GF pancakes. They tasted excellent and I highly recommend. The caveat is how sensitive are you and how willing are you to take a legit chance in potentially getting glutened? They do cook the pancakes on a separate griddle, but they use the same cooking utensil as regular pancakes, so the potential is there for cross contamination. I would avoid the waffles because they are cooked in the same waffle iron. I took a chance on the pancakes and I think I will be safe. I would stay away from ANY sides as they are cooked on the same griddled as the gluten foods. If I get glutened I am confident it is because I did not ask the right questions related to meat prep BEFORE I took a bite of the ham I ordered. So if you decide to roll the dice on this one and hope against hope because you just want to have a "normal" meal out with your family because celiac is HARD, I would recommend sticking with straight up GF plain pancakes.
