Gigantic GF pancake- tasty and well prepared. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable regarding celiac. Ordered a single scrambled egg for a side, and it came with toast (I ordered regular sourdough toast for a non-celiac in our party to enjoy)- and the egg came out on the same plate as the toast. Makes sense unless they told the chef to put them in separate plates- the waitress was kind and apologetic and promptly brought me a new egg on a separate plate. Also had the corn beef hash- which was delicious. No signs or symptoms of a cross contamination. Will definitely eat here again.

Literally charge $4.00 per pancake if you get gf. We even asked about it and they said yes, you got gf. $13 for regular special, $21 for gf special. Not worth it.

Got glutened at the Chili location more than once. The first time I ordered eggs, bacon and gluten free toast. The eggs had bits of hash browns in them which the waitress confirmed are not gluten free. She asked the cook to remake them. When they brought it out I was told the cook scraped off the grill before cooking them. I decided not to eat them because they were still cooked on the same surface as gluten foods. The next and last time I went all I ordered was a gluten free bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese comes sealed in a small container from the factory. I got sick which left me to conclude that my bagel was contaminated when toasted. It's a great diner but if you are gluten sensitive this is not the place to eat

The waitress we had could not answer questions about how and where the home fries and hash browns were cooked. They have Mrs. Butterworth's syrup. I Googled but couldn't find out if it was gluten free or not. I had the vegetable omelet with fruit on the side. Both were good and safe.

Lots of gf options - pancakes, waffles, French toast. Most sandwiches can be made on gf bread or English muffins. Service was incredible! Very friendly, knowledgeable and just an overall pleasant person. We will definitely be back!
