So i am a new Celiac, i can’t have any cross contamination and no gluten at all. I spoke to my waitress and asked many questions and she assured me my meal was gluten free. I had an omelet with homefries. It was definitely not because I got sick almost immediately after.

GF bacon, home fries, omelettes and more. If you explain you have celiac/allergy, they can cook your food separately from the main grills.

Eat here often. Very good with GF. Omelettes and home fries are delicious. Never had any issues. Good coffee too! Nothing on menu marked GF but eggs and home fries and fruit are naturally GF. Just use common sense when ordering amd let them know when ordering.

Had an omelette with home fries here. I was told that everything I ordered was gluten free and I made it known that I had an “allergy.” The food was great but I definitely got glutened from it. Maybe it was just a fluke, but I will not be going back.

Waffle Shop uses gluten-free oil to make all their breakfast items. Being newly diagnosed with Celiac’s and highly sensitive, I come to Waffle Shop every weekend. Their omelettes are great, home fries are delicious and staff is very accommodating. They do not have any gluten free bread options. But it is the best omelette spot in town!
