The Osprey

We visited The Osprey for the first time, and we were not disappointed. The manager came by to walk me through the celiac-safe menu options. I ordered the beet salad as a starter and the fresh local catch for my entree. The. I enjoyed the corn-coconut crème brûlée for dessert. The meal was excellent. We’ll be back!

Update: We went back two weeks ago. My meal was delicious, but the belly pain started shortly after dinner. I was sick for days. My best guess is that the nuts or seeds in my entree were processed on shared equipment. I doubt we’ll return, which makes me sad.

The manager Tori was amazing!! Walked us through a separate gluten free menu which listed all possible routes of cross contamination and celiac-safe substitutions! In the end Tori also suggested the chef can prepare a special celiac-safe dish which was the local catch with greens and shishito peppers! Mango custard for dessert! The Osprey was an amazing experience and felt very safe for celiacs!

I had a great gluten free experience here with their amazing oysters! They have like 3 different kinds and they’re all delicious raw and cooked.

I went here n yes have a wonderfull night my server waitre he know about celiac n recomemdet the best food for me to have to not died that night lol..love it.. i recomended here for celiac people.. i enjoy the night..🙏🙌

Amazing Dining Experience. When I made the reservation through OpenTable, I sent a message to them asking about accommodating my daughter who has celiac. The respondent assured me that she would be well taken care of. When we arrived they had a separate gluten free menu for her. It was pretty extensive and indicated how gluten free each item was. Our waiter, Jacob, was very knowledgable and attentive to her needs. He came back twice with questions from the Chef to make sure she was okay with certain ingredients (like soy). Food was fantastic. My daughter ordered the Salmon Entree. She said it was delicious! The other non gluten free food that my husband and I ordered, was terrific. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Called ahead to confirm gf and they had a separate gf menu ready when I got there. It had detailed ingredients on the gf menu and let me know what was celiac safe vs gf. Great experience and great food.
