I was here for a work dinner last week. Although there is no GF menu and nothing was labeled GF on the main menu (grrr…), I had a good conversation with our server who was very knowledgable about GF and their offerings. The chips are safe, as are the nachos, because the chips are prepared offsite. Many of the dishes, including tacos, can be made with corn tortillas. I ended up ordering chicken fajitas - at our server’s recommendation, as that would be easiest to be sure would be safe. He brought my meal, while runners brought everyone else’s food. I felt comfortable eating here.
