The Paleta Bar

This is definitely not a gluten free Celiac friendly restaurant. Almost all of their paletas have gluten. They only paletas that may be gluten free are those that are also diary free but at any given time there about 2 to 3 choice. It is a high risk for contamination restaurant. If you are avoiding gluten/wheat for health reason I will not get close.

This place has fresh made paletas and the worker switch's their gloves, it is like a healthy gluten free twist on ice cream. It is SO delicious and refreshing treat! plus- I didn't get sick after I ate it
