I did call ahead and confirm they could accommodate and asked about their allergy protocols. I confirmed with the server they would do a glove change and make my salad in separate clean area. I ended up getting a salad and the flourless chocolate cake which were both very good. I did not get sick and would definitely go back to try other gf options on the menu. All of the staff members were very hospitable.

Wait staff was very knowledgeable and helped to modify a chicken dish for me where I don’t like seafood. The flourless torte to top off the meal was an extra bonus too!

They seemed to know precautions for Celiac, but after lengthy discussion with waitress, soup still came out with bread... waitress then said that we didn’t have to worry because it didn’t touch and that it wasn’t the chef but the line chefs... Doesn’t matter!!! When it comes to their attention that someone is dining with Celiac, all gluten should be avoided in preparation and plating. We were very disappointed as our Celiac family member then would not eat their steak dinner that was ordered. We expected more after choosing a restaurant that seemed more upscale... Disappointing!!

Terrific food, no specific gf menu but wait staff very knowledgeable.

Snapper dinner completely GF, staff very knowledgeable. Even tried my hubs steak as his dinner was GF as well, just by chance. Everything was delicious! Sweet little place. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This was the best meal we had on the island. There is no gluten free menu, however the servers know what you need when you say "I need to be gluten free/I have celiac!" Our server didn't hesitate to tell us all sauces are gf and there are options to substitute out gluten items for gf items. We had an app, dinner and dessert with no issues. The Gouda grits make your mouth water!!! Get them!! We will be back!!

Limited GF menu for non seafood lovers but the staff were well aware and communication from hostess to server to cook was great! I did not get sick and I have a gluten allergy.

No gf menu staff is very knowledgable. Excellent choices and very careful with celiac and any allergy. Wonderful presentation and delicious food. You will not be disappointed.

I had a great experience here! I made the host aware of my celiac when I made the reservation and when our group arrived. He made sure our server knew and handled it very professional. Our server was very knowledgeable about what contained gluten and pointed out the choices that were safe for me (& there were many!) Almost the entire menu could be adjusted to be gluten free. I ordered the special (hog snapper/pea risotto/ baby veggies). It was easily one of the best dishes I've ever eater. The shrimp and grits were also amazing. I definitely plan to return here before our trip ends! One thing to watch out for- the online menu lists items as "gf" (gluten free) but some of them are wrong. Make sure to check with your server to confirm it is safe for a celiac.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about GFree. I had a sausage and shrimp meal with grits. It was delicious. I was a bit worried at first, but I had no stomach upset. I will definitely be returning! Thank you!

This restaurant was a great find! Their menu not only identifies GF features, but also gives customers the option to switch food items out to maintain the GF status on others! We safely enjoyed a lobster salad (special of the day), crab and artichoke dip with veggies rather than a "gluten" side and a fantastic shrimp and smoked gouda grit dinner! The staff is gf knowledgeable and ready to please!!!
