I looked forward to taking visiting family to Parsons Table after reading endorsements and calling ahead to ask about gf options. I was assured of the menu choices the day of my reservation. Big disappointment. First, the waitress did not like when I asked if items I was previously told would be gf, were gf. Items marked gf on the menu contained gluten “today” because of supplier changes. Then she said they all contained gluten. The lamb entree which I was told was gf was not. The sides were not gf. Even the salad dressings contained gluten. Only a very dry ribeye (or prime rib) and baked potato was gf. The flavor was missing and I cannot imagine serving the tough steak I received. I was not sick, but fail to see any reason to return. The wine was good.
