My sister bought two cakes to celebrate my daughters birthday and both were delicious. They were frozen at pickup but thawed quickly and tasted very fresh, would never had known they were frozen. We had chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and vanilla cake with a strawberry cream filling. The cakes were light and fluffy, not dense like your typical gluten free cake. We live 45 min away but will be driving to pickup a cake for my birthday next month.
