Went here based on another review. When I asked about the fryer being dedicated, the server went to ask and reported back that it wasn't.

They were very uncertain of what gluten-free was. I didn't feel safe eating here.

Is there a gluten-free menu?

— No gluten-free information on the menu

Their famous wings are gluten free and fried in a dedicated fryer! The waiter wasn't sure on that last detail, but kindly offered to double check with her manager. The two gluten-free beers on their menu are thoughtfully marked with a GF symbol too. No GI issues following my meal!
