Pioneer Woman bakery had 3 gluten free options when we visited. A muffin, cookie, and cake option. We tried the Blueberry Lemon Cake and it wad DELICIOUS. Not sure about cross contamination but it was in a separate tray and enough for 3 of us to split.

Staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions regarding gluten free options, which were limited. But delicious all the same.

I was pleasantly surprised that they did have a few gluten-free options. My waitress was gluten-free so that helped tremendously. I ended up getting the beet salad and added grilled chicken. The chicken was delicious - very tender and I loved the salad. If I remember correctly, the other items that were gluten-free was the ribeye and I believe they could’ve made one of the chicken sandwiches without bread. And probably the other salads. They did have one gluten-free item in the bakery upstairs. But with a big sign warning against cross-contamination.

There are not a ton of gluten-free options here, but the staff is very knowledgeable about gluten, and they can make modifications to dishes to make them gluten free. Options include different salads, cowboy steak dinner, fried pork chop dinner (without batter), Dr Pepper pork, sandwiches without bread/bun. I got the Dr Pepper pork with cheesy grits and brussel sprouts. So delicious! I’m hoping they eventually get gluten free bread but it was nice to have options other than salad.
