This is a plant based vegan restaurant. They have a lot of gluten-free items on the menu. I went over cross-contamination, and how dangerous it is for me to eat food prepared on the same surface. He spoke with the chef and went over what I was safe to eat. Many of the items including the desserts are already gluten-free. It was a fantastic experience delicious, and I did not get sick!!!
