UPDATE: I found out that they now use milk and butter in their batter. Not a good option if you are dairy free.

This place was amazing!! I had a Cubano sandwich, very happy with it! (And I can't have corn or dairy and their sandwiches are corn free and they can easily make it dairy free). They were super friendly. And it's nice if you have friends who aren't GF because there are other food carts to eat at in the same area for those with no dietary restrictions.

This is a food vendor within a food court. Their own kitchen is dedicated gluten-free. Very tasty waffle sandwiches! If you like a little zing, try the Diablo!

Dedicated GF

Great sandwiches. Wish the chips weren’t basic ruffles, but it’s a great bite.

Super tastey! I’ve had the Cubano and the PB Pig. I was curious about the PB Pig and it super delivered, such a great mix of flavors. In a food cart park so it allowed my non-celiac husband to eat different food while I stayed safe with a great pressed sandwich.

This place rocks! They work out of a pod of food carts, so great place for celiac and the friends of celiac who may not want to eat gf. The staff was very knowledgeable and the food was great. We ordered a couple of dishes so we could sample. The Mayor Marionberry is sweet, but there is a tiny bit of very very subtle heat/pepper spice. It isn’t enough heat to stay with you but the depth in flavor is there if you pay attention.

Amazingly crafted for a food cart!

Thank you!

Delicious! The waffles are fluffy and melt in your mouth. I tried the PB Pig, skeptical that peanut butter, jam, bacon & sriracha might be a gross combo, but was pleasantly surprised. Definitely excited to try their other waffle sandwiches. And they are apparently dedicated gf. I didn’t get sick after eating there, but am not a sensitive celiac.

Amazing! All their sandwiches are unique and delicious. I had to restrain myself from ordering too many, they all sounded so good! Dedicated GF which is such a treat! They are also really knowledgeable about their products and warned me that the walnuts they have are processed in a facility that processes wheat so there is no guarantee if they are cross contaminated or not so they make sure to keep these in a separate area of the cart. We will definitely be going here frequently!

This place is amazing! I was thing there waffles were going to be like normal hard waffles. Was I wrong. I got the campfire s’mores waffles and it was so warm ooooyy and goooy and soft. It was one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. Plus you don’t have to for parking. Definitely go here!

These were amazing!! I ordered on sandwich and one sweet for lunch to go. But then ate it in a 5 minute frenzy and went back to order another two! I am going to dream about these things for a long time. I wish they could overnight them to me when I go back home!
