Incredible Gf fried chicken! My boyfriend said it was probably the best fried chicken he’s had in CO in general. When we were asking about gluten free, the waitress noted it was for an allergy and made sure it was safe. Definitely will be back.

What a cool thing that the Post made the decision to fry *all* its chicken (and other fried stuff!) GF.
The restaurant confirmed for me 1/14/24 that their fryers are GF. I had a great arugula, pear and fennel salad topped with fried chicken and a super refreshing carrot ginger juice.
The staff seem knowledgeable and focused on making sure celiacs have a good experience. I'll be back.

They do not have a dedicated gf fryer. They cook non gf donuts in their fryers on the weekend. We had to stop our patronage after learning this. Really should be disclosed by them upfront.

The fried chicken is so delicious! I haven’t had fried chicken since I was diagnosed and this definitely was a great first. The fryers and the chicken itself is gluten free and I didn’t get sick or anything.

My 5 year daughter has celiac disease and loved her dinner which consisted of gf chicken (All their chicken is gf) mash potatoes and gravy(gf) and French fries. She said everything was DELICIOUS and didn't make her tummy hurt!

Best gf fried chicken ever!!! My only slight trepidation is over how the food got delivered to the table, with other gluten containing sides (Mac and cheese) dripping or touching the gf portions of mashed potatoes on others. I scooped that bit off my plate and hoped for the best. Luckily I didn’t get sick. Super amazing food, extremely great service and they answered all questions proactively.

I was so excited to find gluten free fried chicken. We ordered Family Love with gf fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, and coleslaw. It was all delicious! Unfortunately I got super sick several hours late. I don’t know which item wasn’t actually gluten free but sadly, I don’t plan to return to this restaurant.

I’m not sure why we hadn’t found this place before. Looking for Gluten-Free Chicken, and this place popped up. The fried chicken slaps, as kids today say. It was crispy and tender and warm and flavorful. All the things mentioned in the menu. They were gracious to sub a small side for the biscuits since I’m the only one who can eat gluten. I had the Green Chili Mac n Cheese and I’d get that again! The mashed potatoes and gravy is also gluten free and pretty good. We also got the greens and those were a little sweet for me but I mean everyone does greens differently.
Plus they do a military discount and the staff was super friendly and helpful in helping me pick out sides!
We ended with up ordering the family love with 8 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides, and the small sub for the biscuits.
Sorry I didn’t include a pic. We sort of devoured much of it before that even crossed my mind. 😅
We will be back soon!

I never thought I’d be able to have fried chicken when I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease - but The Post has given me that option!! The food is great and the servers are knowledgeable about cross-contact and what menu items are safe.
IMPORTANT NOTE: On the weekends, they serve brunch and they use their fryers for donuts (not gluten free) this seriously limits the menu for Celiacs.
On Mondays, they empty, scrub, and clean their fryers and then are dedicated gluten free during the week - more menu options to include fries!

My husband found this place online before our trip to Colorado and told me their site says they have gluten-free chicken. GF is not mentioned on the menu, but we asked to make sure and the chicken is GF. This was the best fried chicken/chicken tenders we’ve ever had and my husband doesn’t usually eat GF if there’s a choice! *Reservations are required at this time.

All of the fried chicken and gravies are made with gluten free flour. The only things non-GF on the menu are the sandwich buns, biscuits, and waffles

Amazing food and easy pickup service during Covid-19 shutdown. We had the family meal (1 fried chicken, 2 sides and biscuits). Biscuits are not GF, but were packaged separately and wrapped. Gravy is GF.

The fried chicken is naturally gluten free and cooked in a dedicated air fryer. So very good! Just wish more of the sides (like French fries) were wish gluten free and that they'd carry gf beer.

This fried chicken was delicious!!! They also had a real GF beer called Holidaily which is not gluten reduced but actually made in a gf Brewery. They also have a great patio to just relax on.

Amazing, actually GF fried chicken with a dedicated fryer. They did warn me all other fried foods besides the chicken are subject to cross contamination. Most sides and gravy are GF as well. I recommend you get to Post asap and enjoy some delicious, crispy fried chicken on a warm summer night. Good happy hour specials 4-6.
