I’m shocked that a place exists where EVERYTHING is fried in rice flour, so the chicken strips were safe and delicious! Although the chicken was good, do not sleep on the French fries!! I’m pretty picky about my French fries especially now that I can’t eat them often, and these are DELICIOUS. The seasoning and the crispy perfection, chefs kiss. 👏🏻

Wow! GF fried chicken ! Enjoyed a wonderful GF meal overlooking the mountains. The deviled eggs were great , too.

Love the GF fried chicken and gravy with mashed potatoes. Wished they would use GF noodles for the Mac and cheese because it looked good. Did not have any GF beer. The outdoor seating is beautiful!

One of the things I miss most being gf. The Post nailed it! Delicious FRIED CHICKEN, collard greens and mashed potatoes with GRAVY. Fried Chicken is Dope! ( you have to be in the know)

Great local chain right in Estes Park at the Stanley Hotel. Where else can you get gluten free fried chicken?? Great food, have eaten here 3 times and never gotten sick.

Best gluten free chicken I’ve had since being diagnosed. Even though the chicken is gluten free, make sure to tell them you are celiac or have a gluten allergy. They cook their tenders in oil with other gluten food, but will cook tenders to order in a dedicated fryer if you tell them.

So many GF options! I got the bone-in half bird with creamy grits. The breading was so crispy! My husband got the tenders and even though the chicken was delicious, the breading was definitely tastier and crispier on mine. Would definitely recommend!

Greta experience. Spoke with the manager and all there chicken is gluten free. If you want French fries ask for them to be cooked in the dedicated fryer. Manager was knowledgeable about celiac and food was delicious. Heads up have to pay $10 to park but you get a $5 token to use at the restaurant or keep as a keepsake.

giving it 5 stars because I ate safely (I hate when people mark less but didn’t get sick)

The chicken tenders ARE celiac friendly. The fries ARE not safe. The fries go in a different fryer than the chicken. I had that and cole slaw and it was very good. Deviled eggs to start and that was probably my fave part of the meal.

The cons- I felt like I had to ask a ton of questions which I know we all hate. Some things marked GF are okay and some aren’t- some of which didn’t make sense to me. Had to go back and forth a few times but eventually got it right with the waiter.

It’s a cool stop if you’re going to the Stanley.

They messed up our order the first time by putting a cookie in the kids meal for my celiac son. (I didn’t notice that was part of the kids meal when ordering either.) But they made it right and gave us a new kids meal right away. Great service and very knowledgeable.

Amazing! The gluten free donuts are to die for! They have dedicated fryers and the best fried chicken and fries I have had since my Celiac diagnosis 13 years ago. The brand new server who waited on us was knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t say enough! Go! Go! You won’t regret it!

If you're a celiac like myself, you cannot get everything labeled as "gf" on the menu. I was looking forward to getting the chicken tenders, which are labeled as gluten free, but have some serious cross contamination. Thankfully the wonderful bartender informed me that the batter on the tenders is indeed gluten free, but the fryer is where cross contamination occurs since it is not a separate fryer.

I loved their fried chicken! It's a treat for gluten-free people to have fried chicken that's good. They also had gluten-free beer options.
